Welcome To Our Little Corner Of The Web...
Welcome to our website. We are in the process of completely redesigning our website and plan on having it up and running in the first quarter of 2025.
Exciting News...
We are thrilled to be opening up our first Etsy store sometime in the next few weeks. We consider this the next chapter for us, allowing us to reconnect with those customers that visited us at the shows over the years, and offer our products to a new group of people.
We reluctantly stopped doing craft shows several years ago due to the lagging economy, plus the financial and emotional strain the pandemic put on everyone caused us to step back and take a break from the business as well.
Over the last few years we have come up with many new ideas for projects and look forward to sharing them with you,
Once we have all the details worked out we will post a link here.
About Florence
I have been involved in the art community for many years. In the 1970's and 1980's, I worked under the name of Florence Featherston. I have had numerous private commissions throughout Michigan, Florida, and Illinois. In the past I have done work for the Habitat Art Gallery, the Xochipili in Rochester, Gorman’s Interiors in Southfield, and Silvers in Detroit.
I have done many art and craft shows in Michigan and Illinois through the years such as Art In The Park in Birmingham, Arts & Apples in Rochester, and Art On The Bluff in St. Joseph. I also participated in the first art show sponsored by Walt Disney World in Florida where 100 artists from all over the world competed in the Lake Buena Vista Art Show. I was also published in the Craft Horizon magazine and won first place in the Michigan Artist Craftsman Competition in Macomb County.
